Key Responsibilities:

1. Website & Software Implementation

• • Software Deployment: Installing, configuring, and testing new software applications on Hospital computers or servers.
  • Web Development & Maintenance: Designing, coding, and maintaining company websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or frameworks like React, ensuring optimal functionality and responsiveness.
  • Content Management System (CMS) Management: Managing web content using platforms like WordPress or Drupal to keep company sites updated.
  • Database Administration: Setting up and managing backend databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

2. Digital Marketing

• • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing website content and structure to improve ranking on search engines like Google to increase organic traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Creating, scheduling, and managing content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, whatsapp and LinkedIn to engage customers.
  • Paid Advertising (PPC): Running Google Ads or Facebook/Meta ads to generate leads and sales, managing ad budgets for better return on investment.
  • Content Creation: Developing blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials for digital campaigns.

3. Maintenance of Computer Hardware & Software

• • Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Providing support for computer-related hardware problems (printers, scanners, peripheral devices) and software bugs.
  • System Upgrades: Installing OS updates, antivirus software, and required office software packages.
  • Regular Maintenance: Performing routine checks on computers and workstations to ensure they are functional and secure.
  • Data Backup: Implementing and maintaining regular data backups to prevent loss.

4. Networking

• • Network Administration: Managing Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi networks, including setting up routers, switches, and access points.
  • Network Security: Implementing basic security measures like firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus to protect internal data and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Server Configuration: Assisting in setting up small-scale internal servers for file sharing or application hosting.
